An overlay, also known as a printed facia panel, is the first thing your customer sees when they pick up your product. Created using the highest quality materials ensuring durability in the toughest environments.

Graphic overlays are produced on a polycarbonate, polyester or MR PVC material. They can incorporate clear or tinted windows to allow the overlay to show a machine display. Cut-outs for buttons or dials can also be included.

System Label can produce your graphic overlays using screen, digital or a mixture of both printing technologies - making it the perfect solution for smaller or larger production volumes.

Durable

We produce overlays using sub-surface printing. This is the best method for products used in the harsh outdoor environments or that undergo rigorous cleaning processes. They are chemical & oil, and abrasion resistant.

Accurate

Graphic overlays are often fitted into shaped recesses. Our range of precise cutting technologies ensures we meet your tolerances.

Versatile

Each overlay can be produced to a specific design and layout giving greater flexibility in size, format, materials, and finishes.

Embossing

In many applications System Label will emboss or hydroform the keys of a switch to meet customers’ requirements. “Pillow Embossing”, “Dome Emboss”, “Rail Embossing” or “Multi-Level Emboss” may be used depending on the finish the end membrane requires.
